My Credit Card is being declined, but I know I have the money

As a safety precaution we do several checks on Credit Card payments. The number one cause a payment would be instantly declined without even running the card is if your billing address provided on our website does not match the billing address on your Credit or Debit card. Ensure those addresses match, and try again.

If you are still having issues, your Credit Card company may be blocking the payment on their end. Calling them to find out the reason will likely help you.

Charges from KNV Solutions are processed from Minnesota, USA. Your credit card company may flag these charges as fraudulent if you have never visited Minnesota in the past. You may need to call and manually approve such charges.

If you are not located in the United States you may see an International Transaction fee on your Credit or Debit Card. This is a fee assessed by your bank, we do not collect any additional fees.
